Week Ahead, we are getting in the the heart of the High School season so we will have some adjustments over the next few weeks, all are highlighted in yellow. We will likely have practice for all groups on Sunday 10/5, Practice times are still TBD but will take place after Noon on that day.
Don't forget your New grey team shirt for the team photo. Also be sure you have you
photo order form filled out and ready to go with payment attached. You will give the photo form directly to the photographers. More information at link below.
USA Meeting Review - For Those of you that may have missed the USA informational meeting on Wednesday. I have included the
power point and
handout from the meeting. There is still time to sign up and make it into the first USA meet. If you have any questions at all please contact either me or Coach Jeff.
SMSL Pinckney Meet - Don't forget, if your stingray (bronze or up) can not attend the meet in Pinckney on 9/23, you must sign out of the meet no later than 9/20. We assume the swimmers will be at the meet unless we hear other wise from you. If you fail to take your swimmer out the line up will have to be adjusted on the fly at the meet which causes a great deal of chaos and stress.
To sign out of a meet:
Log in and Click the
events Tab
scroll to that meet and click
Attend/Decline
Click the swimmer's name
Select
"No, thanks, [swimmer] will not attend this event"
click
save changes
Repeat for any additional members
