Welcome to Long Course 2024

Practice Schedule Outline - We will stick as closely to this schedule as possible but there will be conflicts in the spring with polo that we will have to work around, any amendments will be communicated in the Week Ahead emails (details below).
 

Apparel - These are optional items, nothing is required. There is a team suit listed, this is also not required but we do highly recommend they at least have a competition style suit. They will receive a team cap at practice. We may also be doing an apparel order through Dexter print, more information to follow when the season starts. 

Week Ahead April 1-14 - Each week you will receive a week ahead via email that will have the finalized schedule for the next two weeks that addresses any conflicts. Be sure to look it over and note any highlighted sections as these are alterations to the outline above. You can also subscribe to your  group's calendar and sync them to yours.

 

LC Meet Schedule (Coming soon)  - We are in the process of finalizing our meet schedule for the season. We will update when posted.

 

USA Swimming registration -  (n/a for Mini-Rays you can skip this section) If you swam with us in the Fall and winter you should be all set, you won't need to register again with USA swimming until the fall. If you are new to the team or new to Bronze you will need to register with USA swimming. I will be sending a seperate, more detailed email to the families that need to register shortly.
